Roles and responsibilities of this job

The British College is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive – Outreach and Events to lead school and college engagement across the Kathmandu Valley and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our brand through impactful events and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute outreach campaigns, open houses, seminars, and school visits.
Represent the College at education fairs, school forums, and community events.
Coordinate with internal teams (digital, admissions, creative) for campaign alignment.
Maintain outreach reports, feedback, and follow-ups for strategic planning.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event marketing or outreach (education sector preferred).
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel regularly within Kathmandu Valley and occasionally beyond.
Experience in Nepal/South Asia preferred.
Must possess or be eligible for a Nepali work permit (support can be discussed).
