What This Role Is About

We are seeking a skilled Laravel Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, implement new features, and ensure the scalability and performance of the applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the Laravel framework
Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into technical specifications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in PHP
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, and propose effective solutions
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in Laravel development
Continuously improve development processes and coding standards

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field (completed or running)
Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g. React, Blade)
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Contributions to open-source projects or a personal GitHub portfolio

Requirements

Proven experience as a Laravel Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with database systems, preferably MySQL
Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git
Understanding of RESTful API development and integration
Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Codex
Knowledge of Livewire version 2 and above for building dynamic Laravel interfaces
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
