KL Cinema (FCUBE) is looking for an energetic, creative, and confident Marketing Executive / Marketing Officer to promote the mall, increase customer footfall, support tenant sales, manage branding and activation spaces, and build strong relationships with brands, businesses, and customers.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, social media promotions, events, brand activations, tenant promotions, and partnerships that help make KL Tower a more attractive shopping, entertainment, food, beauty, education, and lifestyle destination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mall Marketing & Promotion

Develop and execute marketing plans to increase daily footfall at KL Tower.
Promote KL Tower as a destination for shopping, entertainment, food, beauty, education, and lifestyle services.
Create campaigns around festivals, movie releases, events, seasonal sales, special offers, and tenant promotions.
Coordinate promotional activities for tenants, Fcube Cinemas, food outlets, salons, consultancies, training centers, and other businesses inside KL Tower.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage KL Tower’s social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and create engaging content such as reels, posts, stories, offers, event highlights, tenant promotions, and customer videos.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, content creators, and designers.
Track social media performance and suggest improvements.

3. Events & Activation Spaces

Plan and manage events, stalls, exhibitions, brand activations, pop-ups, contests, and promotional campaigns inside KL Tower.
Bring outside brands and businesses to use KL Tower’s activation spaces.
Handle inquiries related to branding spaces, stall bookings, event areas, and promotional placements.
Coordinate with the operations team for setup, permissions, electricity, cleaning, security, and event execution.

4. Tenant Support & Relationship Management

Regularly communicate with tenants to understand their offers, promotions, and marketing needs.
Help tenants increase visibility through mall-wide promotions.
Collect promotional materials, offers, product photos, and videos from tenants.
Encourage tenants to participate in campaigns, events, and social media content.

5. Branding & Business Development

Approach brands, agencies, corporates, educational institutions, product companies, and event organizers for branding and activation opportunities.
Promote KL Tower’s branding spaces such as banners, standees, digital screens, lobby spaces, escalator areas, activation zones, and other promotional spots.
Prepare proposals, rate cards, presentations, and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain a database of leads, clients, agencies, and past campaigns.

6. Campaign Planning & Reporting

Prepare monthly marketing calendars.
Track campaign results such as reach, engagement, inquiries, stall bookings, footfall impact, and tenant participation.
Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports to management.
Suggest new ideas to improve mall visibility, customer experience, and revenue from marketing spaces.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree running or completed in Marketing, Business, Management, Media, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, events, sales, or business development preferred.
Freshers with strong communication, creativity, and confidence may also apply.
Experience in malls, cinemas, retail, events, advertising agencies, or hospitality will be an advantage.

Required Skills

Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Creative thinking and ability to generate new campaign ideas.
Basic understanding of branding, advertising, events, and customer engagement.
Ability to coordinate with tenants, clients, vendors, influencers, and internal teams.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work under pressure during events and campaigns.

Increase in mall footfall.
Growth in social media reach, engagement, and followers.
Number of brand activation and branding space bookings.
Tenant participation in campaigns.
Successful execution of events and promotions.
Revenue generated from marketing and branding spaces.
Number of new brand partnerships and collaborations.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.
Performance incentives may be provided based on branding space sales, activation bookings, and successful campaigns.
