Job Description

  • Responsible for follow up with Clients for client needs, sampling approvals, pricing approvals, orders and other approvals such as trims and packaging
  • Responsible for providing information to sample dept. and follow up with same
  • Responsible to prepare BOM and follow up with all material vendors for timely delivery
  • Prepare TNA plan in co-ordination with Production Team
  • Clarify all queries/doubts of sampling dept and production dept
  • Responsible for creating work orders and providing all information necessary to Production Dept to execute the orders timely
  • Responsible for daily follow up with Production Team, understand shortcomings and make back up plans in coordination with the production team
  • Responsible to check quality on a daily basis and take corrective action if any shortcomings found
  • Responsible for making detailed packing list and other shipping documents such as Invoice etc
  • Responsible to create and maintain all necessary reports as required by the company
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR ULTIMATE SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER FROM INQUIRY TO SHIPMENT
