We Are Seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive who is passionate about hospitality and storytelling, with proven skills in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and campaign execution, and the ability to drive engagement, deliver results, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Living the Brand:
- Implement and live SHG’s brand core values daily.
- “Walk the talk” in all actions and communications.
Brand Management:
- Uphold and embody SHG’s brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Support development of branding materials aligned with SHG guidelines.
- Assist in executing annual marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Align campaigns with business objectives and priorities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective campaign rollout and fund allocation.
Digital Marketing:
- Support digital strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online booking platforms.
- Monitor online presence, optimize performance, and track key metrics.
- Coordinate with digital agencies to enhance visibility.
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and manage engaging content (copy, visuals, videos) for print and digital.
- Ensure content reflects SHG’s brand tone and quality.
- Maintain a marketing asset library.
Public Relations & Partnerships:
- Assist in managing media relations and PR materials.
- Support influencer stays, media visits, and collaborative campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate PR events like press conferences, tours, and launches.
Campaign & Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide insights to optimize ROI.
- Complete post-campaign evaluations and document learnings.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
- Ensure cohesive messaging across all guest touchpoints.
- Align marketing with sales, operations, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for shoots, events, and launches.
Market Research & Industry Awareness:
- Conduct market and customer research for strategic decisions.
- Stay updated on hospitality trends, digital marketing technologies, and best practices.
- Recommend innovative ideas and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Job Specification
Required qualifications for this job
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with OTAs and Metasearch platforms (TripAdvisor, Google Business Profile).
- Experience in content creation and management (copywriting, photography, design) preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Experience in photography, videography, or multimedia content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
- Passion for travel, design, and storytelling.
