We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager / Coordinator to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking, ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars.
Conduct competitor and industry trend research.

Content Creation:

Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) for multiple platforms.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.

Social Media Management:

Manage and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Maintain posting schedules and monitor daily activities.
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth).
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Optimize content based on analytics.

Campaigns & Advertising:

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
Manage ad budgets, targeting, and performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns.

Brand & Community Building:

Build and maintain online community engagement.
Identify influencers for collaboration and partnerships.
Protect brand reputation and manage crisis communication.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging.
Support events, launches, and promotions on social platforms.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Recommend new content formats or emerging platforms.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube.
Ability to converse in English; good communication skills are required.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus).
Ability to produce or coordinate photo/video content.
Experience running paid social campaigns is an advantage.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret metrics (reach, engagement, CPC/CPM, conversions).
Able to prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Soft Skills:

Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Good time management; able to handle multiple deadlines.
Team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Personal Attributes:

Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Adaptable to fast-changing trends and social media algorithms.
Passionate about digital content, trends, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
Willing to learn new tools, experiment with ideas, and improve continuously.

Work Requirements:

Maintain consistent posting schedules and manage monthly content calendars.
Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, and new platform features.
Willing to work during peak campaign periods (festivals, launches, sales).
Portfolio or samples of past content (graphics, videos, captions) is required.

Additional Advantages:

Experience with influencer management.
Knowledge of SEO or basic analytics.
Photography/videography skills.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.).
