BrandAd Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager who has a deep understanding of how to build, scale, and optimize digital campaigns in the real world. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer ready to lead strategies, manage high-performing campaigns, oversee budgets, and guide a team to achieve measurable growth.

Work Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary Range: 70,000 – 90,000 NPR per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the digital marketing strategies across multiple client brands. You will oversee day-to-day campaign operations, lead a team of digital officers and creators, and be directly responsible for performance, optimization, and ROI tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop & Lead Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Budget Management: Plan, manage, and allocate budgets for ad campaigns, ensuring optimal spend, smooth delivery, and maximum ROI.
Team Coordination: Oversee content calendars and guide design, video, and copywriting teams to produce high-converting creative assets.
Campaign Optimization: Set up, monitor, and aggressively optimize paid campaigns at a macro level to meet client KPIs.
Advanced Reporting: Track complex performance metrics, extract actionable insights, and present strategic reports to stakeholders and management.
Market Intelligence: Lead in-depth audience research, trend analysis, and competitor tracking to identify new growth opportunities.
Brand Ownership: Ensure strict brand consistency and high-quality standards across all digital touchpoints.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior digital marketing officers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), digital funnels, and analytics tools.
Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies.
Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, delegation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Data-Driven: Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, analyze data, and deliver measurable ROI.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, meet tight deadlines, and pivot strategies based on performance data.
