Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Role

You are the voice and face of Soaltee GATE Academy. You connect our brand with high school graduates, parents, and the hospitality industry. You do not sit at a desk all day. You move, meet people, and make things happen. You tell our story clearly and convincingly.

What You Will Do

1. Communication & Relations

Present to Grade 11 and 12 students at colleges and schools.
Counsel prospective students and parents during campus visits.
Build relationships with school principals and coordinators.
Draft press releases and speak with media representatives.
Keep a consistent tone across all channels.

2. Content & Agency Management

Act as the bridge between the Academy and our social media agency.
Review content calendars to ensure they align with our intake cycles.
Provide raw photos and videos from campus events to the agency.
Verify all captions and copy for accuracy before publishing.
Monitor comments and messages. Reply within 24 hours.

3. Events & Activations

Plan execution details for open house events and career fairs.
Manage logistics for off-campus education expos (booth setup, brochures, staffing).
Coordinate guest lectures or industry visits for students.
Handle vendor payments and budget tracking for specific events.

4. General Marketing Operations

Update the lead database (CRM) daily.
Track the source of every inquiry (social, referral, event).
Assist in creating marketing collateral like brochures and flyers.
As per organization’s requirement, execute tasks and activities beyond the scope of this JD as per supervisor’s instructions.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or counseling.
Bachelors’ Degree Completed.
Excellent spoken and written English and Nepali.
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
Basic understanding of social media metrics (reach, engagement).
Willingness to travel nationwide
