Job Description

The marketing Executive works with managers to oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition. Reports to and coordinates with department heads to manage company budgets, objectives, and activities. Responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers. They are liaisons between buyers and sellers, providing valuable information about products and services to consumers. They foster human relationships through communication and the distribution of marketing collateral in order to drive sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies target customers and markets. 
  • Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
  • Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Help manager to analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and present reports summarizing information; make recommendations based on analysis.
  • Responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns and report ot to department head
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients. 
  • Work with the field sales team to ensure excellence in in-store activation 
  • Prepare promotion sell-out volume with attention to market intelligence information and submit it to the marketing manager for further analysis and approval.
  • Prepare input for brand and build incremental sales volume and report it to immediate supervisor.
  • Co-work with the marketing manager in launch/ re-launch and consumer promotion activities:
  • Provide market insights to manager in order to build forecast volume with distributors for NPDs
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the marketing department head.
