Roles and responsibilities of this job

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and reliable designer to support our U.S.-based marketing team. This role will focus on:

Creating professional, print-ready marketing materials (posters, door clings, cooler stickers, etc.)
Accurately replicating and adapting competitor promos we provide (we’ll share examples from 7-Eleven, QuikTrip, etc.)
Helping us standardize our LaMa brand across all regions

Key Responsibilities

Turn competitor promo images into our LaMa-branded versions with accurate fonts, colors, and proportions
Create 2-3 new designs per week (or as needed) based on our marketing plans
Edit and adjust designs quickly based on feedback
Prepare final, print-ready files in multiple sizes and formats (PDF, PNG, etc.)
Coordinate closely with me (Ricksum) for creative direction and brand consistency
Manage basic asset organization in Google Drive

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Strong portfolio showing retail signage, posters, or in-store marketing work
Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
Ability to mimic styles (especially competitor promo styles) while keeping it on-brand for LaMa
Good English communication skills to understand direction and feedback
Speed and attention to detail—we value clean, consistent, and accurate work
