About the job

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management:

  • Develop, plan, and execute below-the-line marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing materials and promotional activities tailored for specific target audiences.

2. In-Store Moderation:

  • Conduct regular visits to GT and MT stores to ensure proper stocking, placement, and visibility of our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

3. Merchandising:

  • Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and presentation in-store.
  • Monitor and analyze merchandising effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve sales performance.

4. Sales Support:

  • Provide support to the sales team by identifying opportunities for product placement and promotion within stores.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, sales impact, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts and improve overall effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers are preferred to apply for this post.
  • Proven experience in below-the-line marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
