• Working as a key member of the sales and marketing team
• Supporting the Managers by following their sales activities
• Assisting in the preparation and implementation of short and long term marketing plans for the company
• Assist in achieving annual sales target
• Assisting with the development and placement of brochures and other promotional material of the company 
• Assisting with the preparation for and attendance at insurance events, trade shows, and conferences when appropriate
• Inputting data and updating surveys, visitor stats, and customer feedback information and providing regular reports
• Maintaining client and media contact databases
• Assisting to develop relationships with the customers
• Assisting with the coordination of communications and public relations for the company
• Visiting clients to demonstrate the importance of products and directing customers to the specific area that the customer's request
• Giving accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries, if the product information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer
• To identify continuous improvement opportunities within the insurance business and assist it with assistant manager
• Develop and update knowledge of employers and competitor's products and services
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
• Be with the customer while filling out the proposal and advice as necessary
• To meet sales target as set out for the sales unit by Underwriting and Marketing Departments
• Attend and participate in meetings and committees as appropriate
• Collecting premium
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company when required

Note:

• Remuneration shall not be the issue for deserving candidates
• Remuneration shall be based upon individual working experience and knowledge
