Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive at Kathmandu Organics. The role involves tasks such as market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities. The Junior Sales & Marketing Executive will implement sales and marketing strategies to promote organic produce and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing (internships included).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
