Overview

We are actively seeking a Marketing and proposal Associate to join our Proposal team.

WorkShift: Evening shift (2 PM - 10 PM)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in presentation, word processing, and graphic design software (Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent grasp of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Marketing and Proposal Associate services include but are not limited to the following:

• Regularly update marketing materials, including business proposals, case studies, and promotional content, to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Develop visually appealing presentations to support business development efforts, ensuring content aligns with branding guidelines and client expectations.
• Clean up and beautify proposals to improve visual appeal and overall presentation quality. Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
• Take ownership of maintaining and updating team resumes and project profiles, showcasing relevant skills, experiences, and successful projects.
• Provide crucial support to the Business Development team in developing compelling presentations, pitch materials, and other client-facing documents.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing content.
• Collaborate with the communication lead, graphic designer, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful collateral.
