Job Description

Adhyayan School is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and Admissions Officer to lead and execute the school’s marketing, branding, and student enrollment strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the school’s values and programs to prospective students and parents, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of Adhyayan School across multiple channels (print, digital, social media, events, etc.)
  • Design and manage promotional materials, school brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and digital content
  • Maintain and update the school website and social media platforms regularly
  • Plan and execute school marketing campaigns and open house events
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators as needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all admission-related inquiries (in person, phone, email, and online)
  • Organize and conduct school tours for prospective parents and students
  • Manage the complete admissions cycle – application processing, scheduling assessments/interviews, follow-up communications, and final enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrolled students using appropriate data management systems
  • Prepare regular reports on admissions trends and campaign effectiveness
