About the job

Position: Marketing Administration Officer

Company: Rosebud International Education

Rosebud International Education serves as the outsourced administration office for an Australian College.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Administration Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure meticulous record-keeping of all clients associated with our institution. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Maintain comprehensive records of all agents using Onedrive/Sharepoint.
Develop marketing materials, including flyers and promotional materials.
Manage email communication with clients and agents.
Design and produce course brochures.
Conduct follow-ups on emails and reference checks for clients and agents.
Handle social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Generate third-party agreements, certificates, and other documentation as needed.
Perform various administrative tasks related to marketing.

Qualifications:

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience in using flyer creation through Canva.
Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English communication.

Location: Ravibhawan

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Perks:

Lunch is provided at the office.
Salary: Nrs. 25,000
