Masters/Bachelors Degree in Management with specialization in Sales & marketing or other relevant field
Extensive knowledge in Solar Energy, Home Appliances, Water Pump & Lighting products Preference will be given for product specialization
Excellent communication and public relations skills
Proven ability to create, develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics
Ability in documentation and reporting
Social networking management skills
Good organizational, research, negotiation and analytical capabilitie.
Ability to plan and manage sales and marketing budget
Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license
Strong understanding of market dynamics

Coordinate with team leader & product head; the position holder leads the development and rollout of all Marketing Strategies and their implementation in line with organizational priorities
Conduct planned market visits to understand the market and keep in touch with Dealers / Distributors and address their requirement
Prepare plans to expand the distributorship/dealership network across the country
Report on daily, weekly and monthly basis as required to higher management
Create plans within the budget allocated and give proper reporting by the end
Coordinate, supervise and evaluate the business of dealers/distributors & give feedback to higher management
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
Lead all marketing schemes and policies with collaboration of Dealers / Distributors
