We are looking for candidate in the experience range of 3-5 years sales experience preferably with the majority being in selling solutions and integration services.

  • Strong and successful track record in sales, preferably in the Manufacturing & Retail segment with a ready network in Nepal.
  • Must understand techniques of selling a wide range of consulting projects and services
  • Track record in one or more of the chosen vertical domains, with the ability to lead teams and provide guidance in others.
  • Clear understanding and application of a strategic sales cycle
  • Understanding of territory management
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant college / MBA education or equivalent experience
  • A strong plus would be the ability to carry a personal network that can be immediately tapped

Job Description

As the Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development, this person will be required to generate business and further enhance the Company’s brand in the applicable Industry segment. It is an individual contributor role within Kathmandu, with the potential to scale up and thereby involve having a Team in the next 3 to 6 months.

  • Qualification of leads and identifying prospects
  • Understanding customer requirements
  • Interaction with CXO level executives to articulate the Company’s offerings and services
  • Working closely with technical teams to generate and pitch for solutions with a clear value proposition
  • Compiling articulate proposals and making presentations to customers
  • Taking proposals to a state of closure post negotiations
