Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 1 year

Proven administrative, leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting and administration
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, handle pressure and take day-to-day decisions on the operations of the organization
Ability to develop, monitor and maintain management information systems and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone with individuals and with a wide variety of organizations and audiences
Ability to lead and to contribute and a strong team player

Supervise, control and monitor day to administrative and human resource functions of the Company
Prepare standard MIS reporting format and compile and submit the report to the management regularly
Administrative staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection
Take responsibility of company insurance, import/export administration, licensing, contracts and agreements, legal areas and activities, corporate level negotiations and major supplier/customer/partner relationships
Liaise and negotiate, as appropriate, with the bankers, tax and other regulatory authorities and maintain proper corporate business relationship.
Act as cheque signatory for and authorize expenditure up to limits as agreed by the Board of Directors
Coordinate with internal and external auditors; IT and other consultants
