Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Manager should carry out the following job but not limited to:

Carry out day to day activities including making correspondence with the parties (Employer/Contractor/Other) and Courts whenever required
Conduct Internal meetings/hearing between Adjudicator/DB Members and Arbitrators appointed by the Parties as directed by Adjudicator/DB Members and Arbitrators and prepare minutes of meeting.
Notify the Parties regarding appointment of DB Chairman/Presiding Arbitrator and date of Meeting
Reporting to Chairperson/General Secretary on all important and urgent issues related to Adjudication/DB/Arbitration and Court Decisions
Establish and maintain Electronic and hard copy filing and documentation on:
NEPCA Member, Panelist Arbitrators.
Archive of Adjudication / DB /Arbitration Awards. Etc.
Conduct the followings as per the requirement:
Trainings/Workshop/Seminars
NEPCA Executive Meetings
NEPCA Annual General Meetings
Preparing Annotated Bibliography on Adjudication/DB and Arbitration Awards
Preparing a Summary of Adjudication/DB Awards and Arbitral Awards
Updating Websites
Maintaining Public Relations
Carry out the other activities as directed by Chairperson/General Secretary/ Director.
Miscellaneous

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor in Business Administration/Commerce/BALLB/ or Equivalent.
Having work experience in capacity of Manager level for at least two (2) year.
Fully conversant with M.S. Office.
Fluency in Nepali and English both spoken and written with Typing.

Note: No salary bar for deserving candidates.
