Roles and responsibilities of this job

Management and Organization:

Structuring and organizing the daily operations of the center.
Managing and overseeing the smooth functioning of all classes.
Ensuring effective communication with staff and students.
Handling administrative tasks related to center activities.

Teaching and Mentorship:

Providing quality instruction across various subjects including Mathematics, English, Sustainability, IT, and Accounting/Management.
Mentoring and guiding students effectively to enhance their learning experiences.

Team Collaboration:

Work as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborating with other educators and staff members to maintain a positive and productive environment.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Qualification:

2+ years of experience as a manager.
Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant subject.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Teaching.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings when required.
Ability to structure and organize the centre daily occupation.

Other information:

Age : 25 to 45 years.
Ability to work as team player.
Strong Skills and patience in dealing with Students.
Salary: Attractive on the basis of merit and experience.
Working hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Location: Soludhundkunda Municipality-7, Garma.
