Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an organized, responsible, and experienced Lower Secondary / Basic Level Coordinator to oversee the academic and day-to-day coordination of Grades VI–VIII. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, students, parents, and management to ensure effective teaching and a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate academic activities, curriculum implementation, assessments, and day-to-day matters for Grades VI–VIII.
Support and monitor teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective teaching practices.
Monitor student academic progress, discipline, attendance, and overall development.
Coordinate communication among teachers, students, parents, and school management.
Support the implementation of student-centered, technology-supported, and engaging learning practices.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master's Degree in any subject from a recognized university.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a related field.
Strong subject knowledge, classroom management, and communication skills.
Experience in academic coordination or school leadership will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of spoken and written English with good knowledge of modern teaching practices.
Familiarity with modern teaching aids, technology, and interactive learning methods.
Strong knowledge of IT, computers and digital educational tools.
Ability to integrate technology into teaching, learning and school management.

Salary: NPR 50000 per month, along with food and other applicable allowances.
