Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking qualified, enthusiastic, and committed Secondary Level Teacher for Grades IX–XII with strong subject knowledge and a student-centered approach in English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and IT/Computer. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, monitoring student progress, supporting students’ academic development, and contributing to the school’s academic and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons using appropriate teaching methods and technology.
Assess and monitor student learning, provide constructive feedback, and support students who require additional assistance.
Maintain effective classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Prepare students for examinations and participate in academic activities, meetings, and school programs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support students’ overall development.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed secondary school.
Strong subject knowledge, classroom management, and communication skills.
Experience in academic coordination or school leadership will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of spoken and written English with good knowledge of modern teaching practices.
Familiarity with modern teaching aids, technology, and interactive learning methods.
Software and Hardware Skills for IT/Computer Teaching

Salary: NPR 50000 per month, along with food and other applicable allowances.
