Required Qualification

• Masters in Management or equivalent
• 3 Years experience in similar field/post

• Basic computer skills with applications such as MS Office Package, Emailetc
• Understand the ethics of confidentiality
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of the rationale of appropriate patient care
• Good mathematical skills and budgeting
• Knowledge of general office procedures and office machines
• Knowledge of insurance processes, new medical treatments and government guidelines
• Functional knowledge of managing day to day operations of facility
• Functional knowledge of HR
• Highly skilled in developing, maintaining and implementing office policies in conjunction to medical protocols
• Knowledge of managing insurance contracts and their compliance
• Ensure effectiveness of procedures through monitoring of procedure regimens.
• Support patients with customized patient teaching tools.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt are especially important in any healthcare field.
