To be a successful Manager for this company, applicant will be hands-on, financially & commercially aware, and 100% customer service focused.

You will need to have a solid career history to date gained in a prestige environment and be a confident relationship builder dealing with customers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with other managers
  
• Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock and advising team members
• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement
• Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements and expectations
• Carrying out one to one performance reviews monthly
• Conducting yearly appraisals with employees
• Identifying operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implementing measures to correct those deficiencies

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• A Degree preferably in Hotel Management or Marketing
• Numeracy and logistical planning skills
• A professional manner and a calm, rational approach in hectic situations
• Excellent negotiation skills and 'Can do Attitude' are essential
• The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
• The ability to balance customer and business priorities
• Flexibility 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with speakers of other languages
