Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Internal Mobilization and management of interns
Enrollment
Provide training and support
Provide operational support to health domain and health related council services
Regularly meeting with concern team for interdepartmental/ intercompany coordination for ongoing issues and possible enhancements
Understand each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales & Business development) daily processes and goals
Participate in company’s strategic planning, business/sales target and budget planning
RPT analysis and Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
Create and give presentations
Preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly reports and submit to management
Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products
Prepare and conduct -sales/product trainings to CSD and other related departments

Qualification:

Master’s degree in any discipline. Fresher are encouraged to apply.
Age not exceeding 28 years by end of December, 2021

Key Skills/ Knowledge:

All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali Language and be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Candidates are expected to have smart and pleasant personality, be articulate, be of a cheerful nature with superior interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, a desire to excel, power point presentation (PPT) and have a positive attitude and be a team player but able to work independently and take initiatives

Behavioural Skills:

Should have a pleasing personality and with a positive attitude
Strong Command over English and Nepali Language
Should be diligent and proactive
Respectful of deadlines
Must have learning and problem-solving attitude.
Good Communication Skills
