• Establish and continuously review with Chief Asset Maintenance Officer the workshop’s work flows and job responsibilities in the workshop to ensure work is organized and is carried out in the most efficient and effective manner.
• Allocate jobs to appropriate service personnel and monitor all maintenance work performed.
• Keep records of all vehicle, equipment and machineries, and track all corrective and preventive maintenance work carried out including consumed spare parts.
• Report to the Chief Asset Maintenance Officer of major breakdowns in the any equipment which needs specialist attention.
• Perform Vehicle audits at different Sites / Projects.
• Ensure that vehicles are well maintained.
• Liaison with vendor for the repair job completion
