Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Luxury Service Trainer. The Luxury Service Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on luxury service standards, developing and implementing training materials, assessing and evaluating training effectiveness, and providing coaching and feedback to employees. The Luxury Service Trainer will also collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury service training
• Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards and practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
• Ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
