Job Description

Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
Manage inventory levels and update stock records.
Ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods.
Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and warehouse staff.
Maintain logistics documentation (waybills, delivery notes, etc.)
Listing & Preparing comparative analysis on the basis of specification, quality and price.
Negotiation price with suppliers/services providers in participation of management team as per the requirement.
Knowledge of opening TT/LC banking process (Local, India & Third country)
Coordinate with clearing agent for timely custom clearing
Coordinate with staff, operations personnel, and outside agencies to ensure materials and services are available when needed.
