  • Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 3 years of work experience  in pharma industry is preferred or Bachelors in Management with 5 years of similar work experience in product industry or Masters in Management with 3 years of work experience 
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management including FIFO/LIFO and distribution, business and management principles
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have knowledge of Email, office word and excel . Knowledge of accounting software is preferred
  • Ability to manage, coach, and provide training to team 
  • Own Bike with Bike License preferred

Job Description

  • Organize warehouse, manage goods, plot routes, mobilize people and process deliveries 
  • Execute timely supplies of orders ensuring quality, quantity, customer satisfaction and financial commitments are met
  • Keep track of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Select carriers/labors and negotiate rates and control control distribution costs
  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain minimum order level and coordinate for order process
  • Ensure accuracy in all recording & reporting; Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and other periodic reports as assigned
  • Periodic Physical counting and verification with software to be done for proper Inventory management and resolve the unreconcile discrepancies 
  • Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
  • Partner and communicate with suppliers and buyers
  • Respond to any issues or complaints
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
  • Develop and Maintain good relationship with vendors and distributors
  • Develop and maintain Key metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
