Operations / Tele-Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations / Tele-Sales Executive to support our logistics operations while actively driving sales through outbound and inbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic logistics knowledge, and the ability to coordinate shipments while developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a positive work environment and seamless coordination.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and manage email communications related to daily shipment operations and sales inquiries.
• Follow up with national and international vendors, clients, and prospects, and prepare date-wise operational and sales activity updates on a daily basis.
• Provide regular shipment updates to customers while understanding their logistics needs and offering appropriate freight solutions.
• Coordinate daily with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA, and other logistics service providers.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, convert inquiries into business, and support revenue growth.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational and sales reports to the reporting manager or management.
• Resolve customer concerns through effective communication, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver a consistent, positive customer experience.
