Job purpose
Reporting to the Project Director, the iLearn Administrator will be responsible for providing support in the development of the online iLearn training on radio drama on sexual violence on post-conflict/transitional Nepal. The training will be targeted towards radio producers across Nepal. The iLearn Administrator work alongside the project officer, training officer, producers and mentors on developing the online training material.
Sexual Violence is a sensitive issue and iLearn Administrator the will be responsible for ensuring the issues are treated sensitively and responsibly in the training, with due regard for the audience members who may have been affected on a personal level by the issues.
