Semi-qualified CAs or Bachelors in a relevant field with minimum of 1 year of work experience in the finance field.
An experience in an Australian Mortgage Broking company within the same role is desirable but not mandatory.

Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience.
Proficiency with mortgage loan processing software and Microsoft Office suite.

Salary Range: Starting at Rs. 600,000 to Rs. 900,000 NPR per annum.

Job Description

Handle the end-to-end loan application process, from preparation to submission and settlement.
Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Act as the primary point of contact between brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication to provide clients with the smoothest and most convenient service.
Offer timely updates and guidance to clients on required documents and timelines, addressing queries promptly.
Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities, maintaining accountability for the progress and quality of loan applications.
Proactively resolve any issues that arise during the loan process to ensure a seamless client experience.
Work closely with brokers and credit analysts to ensure a smooth service experience.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of loan applications.
