Legal Officer
Minimum Requirements:
Age:
Below 35 Years
Education:
Must have completed BBM LLB /BA LLB or equivalent with practicing license form Nepal Bar Council. Preference will be given to those having an LLM degree and specialization in Commercial Law/Contractual Law.
Experience:
At least 3 years of work experience in similar capacity in a reputed organization/ law firm
Knowledge/Abilities:
Must have working knowledge of Nepalese Corporate Law, Contractual Law and related Laws.
Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Nepali languages.
Sharp knowledge of Nepalese Law and excellent legal documentation skills in English and Nepali Language.
Ability to coordinate with Legal Advisor, Division/Department and Associates Companies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Tools with excellent typing skill in Nepali legal documents
Excellent skills in legal agreement / litigation application drafting in accordance with Nepal and international legal framework and standard.
