About the Job

Legal executive will be responsible to prepare legal deeds that is necessary for the company.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Fresher, dynamic and future leader to join our growing Team and take our company and platform to the next level!
Key Job Responsibilities:-
To prepare legal documents of 2/4 wheelers, heavy machines and commercial vehicles.
To help in preparing and finalizing rules, polices and other necessary document i. Personal Guarantor form, ii. Promissory Notes, iii. Consent Letters iv. Loan deeds, v. Contracts and other documents of the company.
To prepare bilateral agreements, tri party agreement, agreement between different parties as assigned by supervisor.
To prepare minutes, letters and any other legal documents assigned by supervisor and other department.
To check the authenticity of legal deeds, company documents and other documents that are attached with the loan files.

Requirements:-

Minimum bachelor degree in Law.
Experiences of 0 to 1 years in related field. Fresher’s are highly encouraged to apply.
Honest, smart and presentable.
Computer Literacy (MS. Word, Excel, Nepali and English Typing skills).
