Legal Executive

The Legal Executive will be responsible for providing legal support to the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, preparing and reviewing legal documents and business contracts, and coordinating with government authorities and external stakeholders. The role will support the company in managing legal risks and maintaining effective corporate and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day business and corporate matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Draft, review, and maintain business-related contracts, agreements, notices, circulars, and other legal documents.
• Prepare minutes of company meetings, resolutions, notices, and other corporate documents.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and government policies and advise management accordingly.
• Liaise with ministries, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
• Support the company in obtaining and maintaining required licenses, approvals, registrations, and statutory documentation.
• Review legal risks associated with business activities, agreements, and transactions and recommend appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, and other professional advisors when required.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, legal documents, notices, correspondence, and compliance-related matters.
• Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, notices, and other legal proceedings in coordination with management and external counsel.
• Provide timely legal support to various departments and assist management in legal and regulatory matters.
• Perform other legal and compliance-related duties assigned by management.
