The role involves contract drafting and review, legal compliance monitoring, and providing legal support throughout project lifecycles, including tendering and engineering management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Nepal’s hydropower legal framework and the ability to independently manage legal risks while supporting business and project objectives.
