As the Legal Admin Documentation - EB-5 Investor Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all documentation and processes related to onboarding new investors. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all investor records and documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with EB-5 requirements. You will also act as a liaison between investors, attorneys, and various internal departments to facilitate the smooth execution of the onboarding workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain investor profiles in internal tracking systems.
Collect and organize key documents, including passports, accreditation letters, W8/W9 forms, NDAs, and fee disclosures.
Manage execution and tracking of subscription documents, side letters, and funding confirmations.
Monitor document status and follow up with investors or attorneys on pending or missing items.
Ensure compliance with EB-5 requirements for both U.S. and non-U.S. investors, including Reg S/Reg D distinctions.
Track wire transfers, funding confirmations, and escrow receipts.
Communicate with fund administrators to verify receipt of funds and issuance of Funding Confirmation Letters.
Assist in issuing countersigned documents and coordinating I-526E filings post-funding.
Update checklists and status sheets to reflect real-time progress.
Coordinate communication with investors and attorneys regarding status updates, signatures, or additional documentation.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law is compulsory,
At least 5 years of experience in legal administration or investor onboarding in the investment industry.
Knowledge and understanding of EB 5 requirements and legal documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents and information.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
