Finance Officer

We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and results-driven Finance Officer to manage financial operations across multiple companies engaged in share and real estate investments. 

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, practical exposure to capital market operations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with banks, brokers, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records of multiple companies engaged in share and real estate investments
• Monitor and report daily fund positions and cash flow status to management
• Liaise with banks regarding credit facilities, margin lending, and related financial arrangements
• Coordinate with share brokers and maintain proper documentation of investment activities
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements
• Liaise with Tax Authorities and ensure complete compliance with applicable tax laws
