We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and results-driven Finance Officer to manage financial operations across multiple companies engaged in share and real estate investments.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, practical exposure to capital market operations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with banks, brokers, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records of multiple companies engaged in share and real estate investments
Monitor and report daily fund positions and cash flow status to management
Liaise with banks regarding credit facilities, margin lending, and related financial arrangements
Coordinate with share brokers and maintain proper documentation of investment activities
Support internal and external audit processes
Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements
Liaise with Tax Authorities and ensure complete compliance with applicable tax laws

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Qualification & Experience:

CA Intermediate (ICAN/ICAI) passed
Completion of 3 years of Articleship as per CA requirements
3–5 years of post-articleship experience in accounting and finance
Age: Above 30 years
Experience in investment, real estate, or share market operations preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory compliance

Required Knowledge & Competencies:

Practical knowledge of share-related transactions and capital market operations
Understanding of banking credit facilities and margin lending
Ability to coordinate with banks, share brokers, and other financial stakeholders
Strong reporting, fund monitoring, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management skills
Commitment to professional growth and learning
