Requirements

Job Details: Management Trainee is an officer level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Completed Master’s Degree in Management/Marketing/Business from a recognized university.

Candidates are expected to have

Good computer skills including office applications
Should have the ability to execute assigned task independently
Strong willingness to learn
Ability to convert ideas into concept note
Ability to work in a team

Duties and Responsibility:

Supervise Digital Marketing Team
Supervise promotional campaign planning
Facilitate with product development process
Supervise customer satisfaction and feedback
Promote and push new product to new market
Supervise marketing and networking events
Building strong corporate relationships with various organizations
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
