Functional Title: General Support Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement / Inventory Management preferred

Job Details: General Support Executive is an Officer level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Education: Minimum Master’s Degree on Business Administration specializing in Finance or related field from a recognized university.

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic data analysis & reporting
• Use of MS Excel/Inventory software
• Vendor coordination 
• Understanding of Nepal tax laws (TDS, VAT, income tax)
• Understanding of procurement procedures/policies

Terms of References 

• Manage Office Consumables Store/Inventory and reporting 
• Facilitate in various procurements of company.  
• Monthly tax filing and payment
• Fixed Asset Register, periodic asset verification and Room/Custodian Asset   Inventory Management 
• Coordinate with banks for accounts opening, deposit placement and other Trade Finance activities 
• Manage Petty Cash handling 
• Provide support to various Meetings. 
• Monitor Housekeeping Services
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
