About the Role

Brilliant Lightning Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead – Branding and Marketing with strong experience in Product Branding & Marketing to drive brand growth and market leadership. This role requires a creative leader who can build powerful product brands, execute impactful marketing strategies, and align branding efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Lead product branding, positioning, launches, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels
Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns for products and corporate branding
Oversee content creation, advertising, social media, and promotional activities
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to support product visibility and revenue growth
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies
Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign performance and ROI

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Branding & Marketing, including Product Branding & Marketing
Proven experience in product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and brand building
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Creative, strategic, and data-driven approach
