Roles and responsibilities of this job

Corporate Level : Manager

Supervise and coordinate the work of laboratory staff, including medical technologists, technicians, and laboratory assistants.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of patient samples and test results.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain uninterrupted laboratory operations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the Laboratory Director to develop and update laboratory policies and procedures.
Provide training and mentorship to laboratory staff and conduct performance evaluations.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

MSc Medical Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology with BSc MLT
2 Years Experience for Butwal. 1 Year Experience for Ghorahi/Gulmi
The candidate should have a strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing methodologies, and quality assurance standards.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
