Job Description

Corporate Level : Manager

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of laboratory staff, including medical technologists, technicians, and laboratory assistants.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of patient samples and test results.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain uninterrupted laboratory operations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Laboratory Director to develop and update laboratory policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and mentorship to laboratory staff and conduct performance evaluations.
