THP is strengthening its organisational systems, documentation processes, and internal management as part of its expansion and design innovation initiatives.

Position Overview

THP is looking for a Knowledge Management Officer (KMO) who will also undertake core Human Resource (HR) responsibilities. The role focuses on documentation systems, information management, and structured personnel support.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Management

Maintain organised documentation systems for project and company records.
Manage databases of production, training, and operational documentation.
Support reporting through compilation of information and records.
Assist in developing internal guidelines, manuals, and SOPs.

Information & Reporting

Coordinate information flow across departments.
Maintain archives of communications, policies, and agreements.
Support preparation of internal and external reports through data compilation and documentation.
Develop and maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical) with version control.
Track key organisational and operational data to support management decision-making.
Support data organisation for audits, compliance processes, and institutional reporting.

Human Resource Responsibilities

Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Support recruitment processes and onboarding documentation.
Assist in drafting contracts and HR policies.
Track attendance, leave, and staff records.
Support compliance with labour regulations.
Support payroll documentation preparation in coordination with finance (records only, not payroll processing).
Ensure proper filing of employee compliance documents (ID copies, contracts, agreements).
Assist in staff orientation and documentation of training and capacity-building activities.
Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and organisational information.
Support internal communication related to staff notices, updates, and policy changes.
Help ensure HR practices align with national labour regulations and internal policies.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Degree in Management, HR, Administration, or related field.
Experience in documentation or administrative roles.
Understanding of HR processes.
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital filing systems.
