Job Description

  • Coordinate with Field Installation Team, Sales Team and Customer to endure smooth service installation at Customer premise.
  • Responsible for Proper Installation Completion including, but not limited to, following:
    •  Internet Setup and Configuration
    •  Payment Collection
    •  Product and Customer Portal Explanation
  • Responsible for technical support at customer premises.
  • Explain product package to the customer.
  • Walkthrough clients on the Customer portal details ensuring understanding of the client on the usage.
  • Explain client various payment method of Vianet such as Banks, Office, Ipay, eSewa.

Qualification

  • Bachelors in any stream with good Technical Knowledge or relevant qualification related to IT.

Required Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Should compulsorily possess own vehicle with valid license
  • Candidate of Kathmandu location shall get a 1st preference
