We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Officer who will also handle Client Relationship Management. This role is ideal for someone who can manage digital content while building strong relationships with clients and delivering impactful social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal creative team.
Conduct regular meetings to understand client goals, present performance reports, and align social strategies with their business objectives.
Onboard new clients, managing their expectations and maintaining long-term satisfaction to support customer retention.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring all content (reels, graphics, captions) reflects the unique "voice" of each client.
Stay ahead of algorithm changes and digital trends to keep client accounts relevant.

Community & Reputation Management:

Monitor and respond to followers, messages, and mentions to foster a vibrant online community for clients.
Handle crisis communication and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly on behalf of the brand.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, and ROI.
Prepare and deliver data-driven monthly reports that translate complex metrics into actionable insights for clients.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, IT, or related field preferred)
Experience in social media management is an advantage (not mandatory)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic graphic design and video editing skills
Good communication and content writing ability
Exceptional interpersonal skills for client handling
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to transform a client’s vague business goal into a high-performing social campaign
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
