Main Responsibilities: 

  • Generate, maintain and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants
  • Develop proposals for the company product/service as per the requirement
  • Formulate marketing and sales plan and facilitate execution of strategy
  • Undertake competitor analysis and propose new business strategies to approach merchants
  • Represent the company in various events, socializing events and other activities and facilitate in promotion and branding of the company, its products/ service

Job Description

  • Identify market opportunities in the certain provided industry vertical or certain category of organizational service
  • Maintain a proper database of leads in company CRM
  • Pitch provided industry vertical or service category to different vertical with clear Playbook developed by Merchant Department with clear target of conversion
  • Report to supervision in standard format of Department
  • Identify and Analyze market information and provide feedback to the supervisor
  • Develop quarterly action plans for lead generation to conversion
  • Coordinate with Merchant Operation team on Daily basis to onboard merchants for deal close as per Standard Operating Procedure 
  • Contribute to betterment of Merchant Team, Culture and Values development 
  • Keep the company discipline and code of conducts intact during and after office hours
