Junior Sales and Marketing Officer

Comfort Nepal Traders, the official distributor of the international brand Dixcy Scott, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales and Marketing Officer to support our marketing team. The Junior Sales and Marketing Officer will support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote Dixcy Scott products across Nepal. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with retail partners and support store operations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/logistics teams.
• Assist in identifying new market opportunities and sales channels.
• Support in planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate in-store branding, POS displays, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Assist in content creation for social media and digital platforms.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine marketing tactics.
• Prepare regular sales reports and marketing activity summaries.
• Track competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
