Job Description

Research and analyze laws, case laws, and practices and draft opinions accordingly
Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that could affect the Company
Draft various legal documents, contracts, or opinions as per the requirement
Co-ordinate with relevant government agencies and other institutions on behalf of the Company as required
Assist Legal Head & Senior Legal Associate with various legal and regulatory requirements of the company
Perform any other legal service as required by the company

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law from any reputed institution
At least 1 year of experience working in the related legal field
Ability to function and prioritize effectively when presented with tight deadlines
Excellent presentation and data analysis skills
