Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer (Backend / Full-stack Developer) to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of global-scale web and mobile services. This role is ideal for developers with a solid technical foundation who are eager to grow their skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining backend functionality using PHP and JavaScript (Node.js)
Support full-stack development tasks including frontend implementation with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Help maintain and optimize MySQL/MariaDB databases
Troubleshoot bugs, fix errors, and support application performance improvements
Assist in developing necessary programs and features based on project requirements
Support maintenance and enhancement of existing systems
Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product teams
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to improve coding efficiency and learning
Participate in testing, documentation, and code reviews

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
2 years of hands-on development experience with minimum 2 months of AI tool usage experience
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP and JavaScript
Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB
Understanding of frontend development concepts
Willingness to learn AWS and cloud infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

High-traffic system management experience
Global service operation experience
Open-source contribution experience
Experience with additional cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
DevOps and monitoring tool expertise
